Unlike a traditional sightseeing tour, this interactive Pedal Tavern experience combines social fun, local pub stops, light exercise, and historic attractions. Our quiet, diesel-free solar-powered bike tour lets you explore the city without engine noise while enjoying your favorite playlist through our onboard Bluetooth sound system.
During this 2.5-hour Cycle Pub tour, you’ll visit popular local pubs and restaurants offering exclusive rider specials. Guests can also purchase up to two ice-cold alcoholic beverages to enjoy while riding. Along the route, your guide will share stories about Charlottetown’s history and point out iconic landmarks including Victoria Park, Fort Edward Cannons, Government House, Beaconsfield House, the Three Churches on Prince Street, and the Irish Settler’s Monument.
Our weather-protected Pedal Tavern features deployable rain shields, allowing tours to operate comfortably in most conditions. Your solar-powered bike tour begins outside the main entrance of Founder’s Hall at 6 Prince Street, Charlottetown, PE C1A 4P5. After a quick safety briefing and introduction to the bike, your group will set off on a fun-filled ride through the heart of the city.
This guided Pedal Tavern tour includes visits to featured local pubs and restaurants where riders receive exclusive discounts and specials. Along the way, you’ll cruise through beautiful Victoria Park, stop for photos at the historic Fort Edward Cannons and Government House—the birthplace of Canada—and enjoy stunning harbour views that make this one of Charlottetown’s most memorable group activities.

- Cancel at least 7 days before your tour for a full refund. Tours cancelled by the operator due to weather may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
